Exchange & Cancellation Policy – SHUTEP
We at SHUTEP are working hard and tirelessly to provide you with the highest level of customer satisfaction. You are welcome to try on a product, but we kindly request that you keep it unused and in its original condition, along with all the tags and packaging. If you receive a Seal Tag with the item, please ensure it remains attached and undamaged to avoid complications during the exchange process.
Size:
We use standard sizes to help you pick the perfect size. We urge all customer to check the size chart before purchasing the product.
However if you still want to swap your items for another size or style, you can place a exchange pickup.
Important thing to keep in mind while sending back the product for exchange:
∙All items must have the original tags, and should be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged with no smell of perfume, deodorant or detergent.
We allow you to exchange the products you purchased from SHUTEP for the available style in the same collection in different sizes after product is received at our end, provided your address is serviceable for an exchange within the specified exchange period.
In case of any exchange. You can exchange the Product within 2 days of delivery. After that, we are not responsible for exchanges. If a product is purchased from sales or any coupon while placing the item request. Exchange will not be applicable.
Once we receive the Product, we will perform quality checks and issue an exchange, as per your requirement to same pin code after product is received. Please allow one week from the day you exchange your package for your request to be processed. You will be contacted once your exchange is complete at our warehouse. Once we receive the Product, we will perform quality checks and issue a new product.
We at SHUTEP are not responsible for damage after the delivery of the product. All claims for damages or missing items must be reported to customer service within 24 hours of delivery. Post 24 hours; we will not be entitled to process your request. You can mail us your concerns at (customer support mail)
The Exchange Policy won't cover damages caused by negligence.
Cancellation Policy
Orders, once placed through Shutep.com, can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order. Post-completion of 24 hours, orders will not be cancelled, and no refunds will be made.
Out-of-stock items
We apologies for the inconvenience this may cause. You can wish list your favorite products; once they are in stock, you will receive an automated mail from our end, and you can place your order with one click.
Any exchange related to out of stock order items will not be our responsibility and no refund shall be processed in case of exchange of similar items.
