We at SHUTEP are working hard to provide you with the highest level of commitment.  Our product is verified prior to dispatch which is 100% genuine, however there can be certain uncertainties in the product Size or Quality. 

We provide 2 days of exchange policy from the date of delivery. Although specific exchange procedures may differ depending on the products and ongoing promotions. Here are some key points to note:

1. If you receive defective, incorrect, or damaged products, please report the issue within 48 hours of delivery to ensure a swift resolution.
   Otherwise, the request will not be entertained. 
   
   
2. Please be aware that orders containing free products as part of a promotion are not eligible for exchange.
   
   
3. We accept only exchange requests due to worn and tear, size replacements, product issues. The original product should be maintained and returned with original packing labels, invoice for further verification process. 
   
   

Once an order is received at our end for the verification process, the new replacement product will be dispatched from our end within 48 hours.
